Tracking technologies & Anonymous User Information
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by MatrixPoint Consulting, LLC and our marketing partners, or analytics. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
We collect technical information about all of our website visitors each time they visit our website so that we can understand how people are using the website and so that we can improve upon the overall quality of our visitors’ online experience. We record and store in log files the date and time of your visit, the page you visited, the Internet service provider you are using, referral data, the type of browser you are using and the type of operating system you are using. You do not have to register with us before we can collect this technical information. We do not collect any additional personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. We do not require you to share additional personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) in order for you to use our website. Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting
We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt-out by clicking Here. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.
Use of Internet Protocol (“IP”) Addresses
An IP address is a unique number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network whenever you are connected to the Internet. Technically speaking, your IP address could be used to reveal or be associated with your true identity, if combined with information in the possession of your ISP. Because we value your privacy, we do not solicit this additional information from our users’ ISPs.
Aggregated General Information
Additionally, we may aggregate multiple users’ PII in a manner such that the end-product does not personally identify you or any other user; for example, by using PII of all users to calculate the percentage of users who have a particular telephone area code. Such aggregate information is considered NPII for purposes of this Policy. Please note that if we combine any NPII with PII, the combined information will be treated by us as PII as long as it is so combined.
